NSW: CFMEU to go to court in bid to get Cole to stand down=2
After further debate, Commissioner Cole said he would hear the matter at the Melbournehearings on Monday morning.
The CFMEU said it would proceed with its Federal Court action in the meantime, butdeferred taking the action until tomorrow morning.
