Nov. 21--Thai Military Bank will lend two billion baht to Property Perfect Plc early next year to support the developer and its clients in several housing projects, according to Chainid N. Sirimanee, managing director of Property Perfect.
He said 60 percent of one-billion-baht loan extended to the developer would be used for buying land and 40 percent for utilities development and construction, while another one billion baht would be lent to the buyers or homes at the company's various developments.
